Icebath and floating sauna in Bugøynes

Jaameren sauna Our traditional wood-fired sauna is an experience everyone should indulge in after a day at sea or just as the end of an eventful day in Bugøynes. We fire it with birch wood and here you can enjoy cold refreshments with some snacks after a refreshing dip in the Our newly built sauna raft will be ready for use.Here a boat must be used to get out to the raft and then you are surrounded by sea on all sides. Imagine a hot sauna followed by a dip in the Arctic Ocean. Fantastic.
