Northern Lights chase - a bucketlist favorite

This tour is conducted by Arctic Guide Service. From October 7th until April 2nd Arctic Guide Service guarantees a Northern Lights chase every evening, as long as the weather allows it.

Each minibus or bus has one professional driver and one authorized guide on board. This crew is on one specific mission: to take you wherever the chances to admire the magnificent Aurora are the best at that precise moment.

You will be accompanied by our best Northern Lights guide, a certified driver and a warm comfortable bus. Our northern lights tours are conducted as a chase, according to our experience that gives you the best chances of seeing the northern lights. Our guides will use their knowledge, the latest weather forecast update, and cooperate with the driver who know road conditions very well to calculate the best route for the night. Apart from deciding where to go, one of the main job of our guides it so take photos of you, and preferably with the Aurora in the background. So if you do not have a camera you will still take some professional photos home.

Transport by bus or minibus depending on the number of guests. All big buses are equipped with free Wi-Fi and toilets. Tripods for your camera and warm thermal suits to keep you warm can be rented for an extra fee at our office.

It almost never happens, but if you are unfortunate not to see the Northern Lights, we are happy to give you 50% discount if you would like to give it another try. Additional bookings are made at our office in Storgata 77. Please note that both options are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
