Scandic Havet

Conference / Experience Hotel. At the far end of the quay - right in the center of Bodø - you will find Scandic Havet. You do not have to go far up the floors before you get spectacular views of the city, the sea and the mountains around Bodø. On clear days you can see all the way to both Svartisen and Lofoten from Roast Restaurant & Bar on the 17th floor.

The hotel has 234 rooms, all non-smoking. As many as 24 of them are adapted for the disabled. In addition to standard double rooms, Scandic Havet offers 4 large suites on the 16th floor, superior and superior extra rooms. If you are hungry, you do not have to leave the building. "Bodø's best breakfast" can be found in the hotel restaurant "Havneutsikten" on the 2nd floor. Roast Restaurant & Bar on the 17th floor opens at 11 am, and offers both lunch and dinner menus including grilled meat from Jospergrill. You will also find the Scandic Shop down at the reception.

The hotel offers a sea of ​​experiences in collaboration with, among others, Stella Polaris, and as a guest you will have access to a separate experience menu that shows you both recommended nature, culture and food experiences. During the summer months, the hotel's own host will, for example, be able to take you out in a rib boat to enjoy breakfast on a chalk-white Nordland beach 5 minutes away from the hotel. In the autumn, northern Norwegian storms are an exotic phenomenon, and Scandic Havet takes you on a hike on the city pier when the waves hit the edge. Be prepared to get wet, but ecstatic.
