您可以在布伦讷于松乘坐快速渡船。开车的游客可以在Horn乘坐汽车渡船，渡口距离布伦讷于松仅15分钟车程。
海达路德（挪威沿海航线）是挪威著名的游轮。每天会有两班游轮停靠布伦讷于松、桑内舍恩和内斯纳（Nesna）。

维加群岛位于海格兰德（Helgeland）之外的海中。您可以经由Steinkjer 和Bodø之间的Kystriksveien公路（“沿海线路”，rv. 17）到达维加群岛。E6高速公路纵贯海格兰德，除了从E6进入沿海线路，您还可以取道Tosenvegen (fv. 76)、莫舍恩（Mosjøen）(fv. 78)或Mo i Rana (E12)。
