特隆赫姆 （Trondheim）

E6公路是穿过特伦德拉格地区的主要道路。
E39公路连接特伦德拉格与莫尔和鲁姆斯达尔县（Møre og Romsdal），如果您从莫尔出发前往奥普达尔（Oppdal）可以走RV70公路。
如果您从瑞典出发，可经由RV31公路到勒罗斯，经由E14公路至斯彻达尔（Stjørdal），或经RV72公路至韦尔达尔（Verdal）。
奥斯陆与特隆赫姆之间的距离约500公里。许多巴士公司每天都有往返奥斯陆和特隆赫姆的大巴。
